More than just fixing

I am passionate about bringing families together – helping parents understand their children and guiding children toward deeper self-awareness. Counselling for me is not about just talking or or ‘fixing’ you because you’re not broken; it is about reconnecting you with your body, breaking generational patterns, and guiding you towards greater self-awareness, empowerment, and emotional mastery.

 As an
integrative, trauma-focused therapist, I take a holistic, heart – centered approach to counselling. My work is rooted in the mind-body connection and I believe that true healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves emotionally, physically, and energetically.

My work supports children, teenagers, and adults in understanding their feelings, processing stuck emotions, and breaking free from unhealthy thought and behaviour patterns. Many of my clients grown up in high-pressure environments (military, medical, academic families) and struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, lack of belonging, low self-esteem, issues with self-worth and boundaries, people-pleasing, relational trauma, perfectionism, anger, self-abandonment.

I specialise in attachment work, inner child healing, and relational trauma, offering individual therapy, joint parent-child sessions, and parental consultations. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and supportive space where collaboratively with the client we work through family wounds and difficult parent-child dynamics, make sense of their physical and emotional pain and find a path to ease and emotional safety. We also focus on developing self-compassion so they can feel more at home in themselves and their body.
