How Counselling Can Help

Children and teenagers do not always express emotional distress through words. Sometimes feelings appear as anger, withdrawal, sleep problems, anxiety, low confidence, physical symptoms or difficulties at school. Therapy gives them space to express what is happening inside and develop healthier ways to cope.
